There are many different images in OpenCities, for different types of content, and there is varying best practice for image dimensions. This article details specific sizes for the images you'll find on OpenCities, divided by content type, but keep in mind that OpenCities is a responsive platform. Being a responsive platform, we can't predict precisely how an image will display in any given situation; this means that images may display differently across different device sizes.

Images

A single image uploaded and added to a content type could be displayed in multiple places(PDF, 32MB) and at different dimensions. For example, an image used on the OC Default template of the OC Event content type could also be displayed on a homepage listing, an event listing, a calendar, and in search results.

The product is built to responsively show the image in all of these formats to the best of its ability, but it may not display exactly as you'd like it to.

Step 1.Apply for a permit

Apply for a new permit or renew or replace a permit through the VicRoads website.

Make sure you leave enough time for VicRoads to process your application. It can take up to 15 business days from when you submit it, and there is no option for a temporary or interim permit.

If you need a paper form, contact our Customer Service centre.

Step 2.Receive your application reference number

Once you complete the online application form, you will receive a reference number via SMS.

Step 3.Take the reference to your GP or OT

Take your reference number to the next appointment with your general practitioner (GP) or occupational therapist (OT).

They will complete an online assessment and submit your application on your behalf.
